Steve Goldsby
President/CEO, Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc.
Steve Goldsby is founder and CEO of ICS, Inc. As CEO, he sets corporate vision and direction, establishes client relations, and keeps abreast of new developments in the technological field.
Steve’s primary area of expertise is in the information technology and security industry, in which he is a subject matter expert and consultant to Federal, State and commercial organizations spanning all major verticals. He specializes in project management, strategic and tactical risk management, technology optimization and cost reduction, and risk-based decision support. Steve has provided information security and technology consulting services to the Federal government, several state governments, portions of the nation’s critical infrastructure, and Fortune 100 clients around the world, including the University of Georgia, Mack Trucks, and Choicepoint.
Steve is a popular featured speaker at national and state conferences, and his Information Security articles and papers have been featured in national trade magazines and journals. Steve’s blog can be read at www.Goldsby.com.
Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Troy University and currently holds several IT security credentials including CISSP; ISSAP and ISSMP.

Chip Schuneman
Chief Operating Officer, Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc.
Chip Schuneman serves as the Chief Operating Officer of ICS, Inc. In this role, Mr. Schuneman is responsible for client satisfaction, service delivery, business development, product marketing, partnerships, human resources, and operations of the company.
Mr. Schuneman brings a solid background in global leadership in both the public and private sector. His multinational reach extends from working with boards of directors in Israel to presiding over operations in the USA, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. Mr. Schuneman brings nearly 20 years of experience leading businesses with annual revenues ranging from $5M - $80M+ in all areas of executive management, including strategic leadership, business development, operations, sales, and marketing.
Prior to joining the ICS team, Mr. Schuneman founded and led a private consulting business named MAI Associates. MAI Associates provided execution-oriented planning and leadership services to private equity firms, small- to mid-cap private companies, and corporations through supporting strategic planning, due-diligence, merger, acquisition, and successful post-integration initiatives.
Before founding his own business, Mr. Schuneman served as President of Kaplan IT, Inc. Kaplan IT is a leading provider of certification preparation, assessment, learning services and software to information technology (IT) professionals and to corporations who aim to train and prepare their IT professionals for hundreds of technology certifications in the IT marketplace. During his tenure at Kaplan, Mr. Schuneman orchestrated the company's global expansion in the corporate information technology learning market via multiple acquisitions in the areas of content management, development, assessment, and certification preparation.
In addition to his tenure with MAI Associates and Kaplan IT, Inc., Mr. Schuneman served as Vice President of Business Development for Thomson Corporation; Chief Operating Officer for Mentergy, Inc.; and Vice President of Business Development at Catapult, an IBM company.
Mr. Schuneman earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Tyler Hedges
Chief Financial Officer, Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc.
Tyler Hedges has been in the financial services field since February of 2001. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in June of 1998, Mr. Hedges took a full-time position with Philip Morris, U.S.A. as a territory sales manager. Mr. Hedges gained valuable experience while working for Philip Morris, U.S.A., receiving insight into the operations of businesses ranging in size from small convenience stores to large national chains. Soon thereafter, Mr. Hedges began his career in finance. He began working on his Masters of Business Administration at Auburn University – Montgomery, and accepted a position as a credit analyst with Regions Bank. In May of 2002, he received his M.B.A. with an option in Finance.
Mr. Hedges enjoyed a successful career at Regions Bank, working in the credit and commercial loan departments. While employed at Regions, he had the opportunity to handle many large and complex credit relationships under the tutelage of one of the institution’s most knowledgeable and successful senior lenders. Mr. Hedges was also appointed to work on several critical tasks reporting directly to the Bank’s senior management team. Upon completion of these responsibilities, he was promoted to a new position that allowed him the opportunity to develop and manage a loan portfolio of middle-market businesses.
It is in this role that Mr. Hedges became familiar with Steve Goldsby and Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. He had the opportunity to watch ICS grow from a relatively small, unknown operation into the industry leader that it is today. Mr. Hedges worked closely with the ICS team, and when Mr. Goldsby approached him about the need for a financial manager, he was excited about the opportunity to be a part of ICS’s continued growth and success. He joined the ICS management team in January of 2004.
